In this project I assisted Danny Ma, owner of Danny's Diner, a Japanese restaurant opened in early 2021, in leveraging initial data to enhance his business. Using SQL techniques such as joins, grouping, ranking, and conditional statements, I analyzed customer behavior, improved the dining experience, and advised on expanding the loyalty program, showcasing the power of data analysis for Danny's restaurant. Skyward Insights: Airline Customer Service Analysis with Tableau
In this project, I delved into the Maven Airline challenge, a dataset containing feedback from over 120,000 airline passengers. The analysis encompassed crucial inquiries, including assessing passenger satisfaction, revealing the loyal passenger profile, examining the impact of flight distance, and identifying key influencers of satisfaction. This project showcased the power of data analysis and visualization in understanding airline customer behavior and preferences.
